Customer Support Engineer

Your tasks:
  • Perform pre / post sales activities via Ticket system, phone call or email request
  • Cooperation with global customer support team and Product Managers as an interface for customers
  • Provide technical feedback as well as new customer requirements and features to Product Managers
Your qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline
  • At least 1 - 2 years experience working with RF and providing field support to customers
  • Basic RF knowledge
  • Technical understanding of RF and test measurement instruments
  • Good in multi-tasking and able to resolve problem timely
  • Problem-solver of complex problems and bringing solutions to the customer
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player who is also able to work independently
