Senior Manager, Service Sales

Your tasks:
  • Defining and implementing effective service sales and business development initiatives in alignment with global strategy
  • Develop and build relationship with customers to influence and gain market share
  • Work closely with country sales subsidiaries, key account management & Projects team to drive, lead, grow programs tailored to each countries’ / customers’ expectations and needs
  • Growth of service sales pipeline
  • Analyze service sales market potential, gather competitive intelligence, market feedback and recommendations for improvement on deliverables, consistent with the Service infrastructure, business sales plans
  • Creates business solution consisting of services and software that uniquely addresses the market and specific customers’ needs
  • Provides monthly sales prospects forecasts and summaries in a timely manner
  • Support Sales Leaders and Account Manager to increase net promoters / customer reference ability
Your qualifications:
  • University Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent in business or sales management
  • More than 6 years of experience in service sales and execution from, project sales or similar industry
  • Good industrial knowledge on Test & Measurements i.e. EMC, Conformance Test, Broadcast Media, Mobile Network Testing preferred
  • Ability to capture customers’ voice, competition and global directives into the ASIA South & Pacific South region Services Sales strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork traits
  • Demonstrable track record in creating / implementing strategies
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to operate at a strategic and tactical level
  • Knowledge of structured project management methodologies and project management tools used to plan and monitor project progress (MS Project application or equivalent skills preferred)
  • Good connection with industry and understand the government tendering processes
