Procurement Engineer (m/f)
Production and materials management

Your tasks:
  • Supporting development projects from the idea to series production as the interface between development, strategic procurement, production and central divisions of the company
  • Managing development-related procurement tasks to create decision-making and cost transparency in the development process
  • Reducing production costs by using value engineering and target costing methodologies
  • Supporting the preparation of make-or-buy decisions
  • Identifying synergies within the company
  • Cooperating closely with suppliers
Your qualifications:
  • University degree in electrical engineering (with focus on communications engineering or RF engineering), physics, or comparable field
  • Extensive professional experience as a development engineer
  • Professional experience in (global) procurement or manufacturing as well as project management
  • Solid knowledge of digital/analog circuit development, circuit design and layout as well as commissioning modules
  • Exceptional negotiating skills and assertiveness
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
