Customer Project Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Provide support to Sales people leading technical demonstration and trial activities in the EMEA region as well as support sales on RFx activities
  • Actively collaborate with R&D and Product Managers on product improvement
  • Lead the implementation phase of international projects (EMEA) from order receipt to system acceptance including planning, preparation, system deployment and training of the end customers
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for MNT customers, including answering hotline phone calls
Your qualifications:
  • Degree in telecommunications, computer science or equivalent course of studies
  • Project coordination experience within an international telecommunication supplier Environment
  • Excellent technical understandig of mobile telecommunication technologies (e. g. GSM, UMTS, LTE, etc., ideally down to the air interface protocol level)
  • Preferably skills in Microsoft SQL and Office VBA, TCP/IP troubleshooting or SIP/RTP
  • Knowledge of most common optimization and/or QoS measurement Tools
  • Customer oriented with excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Dynamic self-starter with the ability to get things done
  • Solid command of written and spoken English and preferably German or French as well as willingness to travel internationally
