Customer Project & Support Manager APAC (Mobile Network Testing)

Your tasks:
  • On-site deployment as well as L1 and L2 support services of MNT products to customers in APAC
  • Working closely with country engineers and HQ R&D to ensure timely resolutions to customers and to resolve critical issues in advance when necessary
  • Taking ownership of product portfolio assigned for pre-sales activities assisting regional sales teams
  • Troubleshoot issues, documenting problem resolution steps involved and workarounds if applicable
  • Conduct customer and internal training courses or workshops for assigned product portfolio
Your qualifications:
  • Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer facing role (ideally from related industry)
  • Hands-on experiences of network optimization, benchmarking and field tools is a big advantage
  • Self-motivated and well organized - able to time manage independently on multiple tasks
  • Good problem solving skills - able to quickly formulate appropriate responses to questions
  • Good communication skills (oral and written) - English essential, other languages could be a benefit
