Account Manager

Your tasks:
  • Analyze, understand the business field and the market of assigned accounts to find business opportunities
  • Understand both technical and business needs of customers and provide most appropriate and valuable solutions
  • Through valuable information and/or solution and consistent dialog with customers, gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs and build a long-term partnership
  • Achieve annual quota and develop mid-to long term opportunities through proactive approach
  • Responsible for sales of our products and services of Test & Measurement equipment
  • Technical consulting and intensive support of our customers in the industry sector
  • Preparation of offers and tracking of transactions for the purpose of order acquisition
  • Maintaining customer contacts and expanding the existing customer base
Your qualifications:
  • More than 3 years relevant experiences
  • Ability to anticipate industry and market needs, present individual R&S value proposition to customers
  • Conduct environmental analysis, make and implement a plan autonomously and make timely improvement to achieve goals
  • Experiences and/or knowledge in electronics industry
  • Good communication (Japanese: verbal and written)
  • Willingness to empathize R&S Value and Corporate culture and commit to represent R&S in front of customer
  • Knowledge and experience in Test & Measurement or RF field is preferable
  • Good communication in English is preferable
